卡巴斯基建议有隐私需求的用户最好禁用绝大多数 App 的麦克风权限，并考虑关闭手机内置的语音助手功能，以避免在不经意之间个人信息就遭“大数据”获取

涉彩礼纠纷案件适用法律
《最高人民法院关于审理涉彩礼纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》自 2 月 1 日起施行。婚约财产纠纷，父母可以据实作为原被告；离婚的彩礼纠纷，当事人限于夫妻本人。纪念日价值不大的礼品礼金、增进感情的日常消费支出等不属于彩礼。如双方未共同生活，按 2020 年《婚姻家庭编解释一》支持返还。如双方已共同生活但未登记结婚、或虽已登记结婚但同居时间较短且彩礼数额过高，则根据案情确定是否返还和返还比例。
人口经济年度统计数据公布
- 2023 年出生人口 902 万
- 2023 年人口总数比 2022 年减少 208 万，全年出生人口 902 万，死亡人口 1110 万人，人口自然增长率为 -1.48‰。
- 2022 年人口比 2021 年减少 85 万，中国人口连续两年减少，并且呈递增趋势。2023 年人口出生率为 6.39‰，创历史新低。

手机桌面搜索 设计
我特喜欢 下拉搜索 这一个操作逻辑，如果支持 Google 搜索，甚至是把流量入口开放给用户，那就太赞了。
上个月去超商，体验了一把 ColorOS、HarmonyOS、MIUI，这些操作逻辑每一个打得过 iOS，所以现在我用三星，至少他不会强制绑定系统浏览器。
